MAY I Never See You Again? Monthly Wrap-up

I couldn’t be happier to see the end of May, even though it means the hottest days of the year are coming!

No more ‘what’s new’ paragraphs. I prefer to let you enjoy the Positivity Wave posts to see what’s good in my life πŸ˜‰

Books I read this month

A bit disappointed not to have read more this month. With all the books piling up on my desk / TBR bookcase and in my Kindle, I think I need to step up my game. It shouldn’t be too hard as I have plenty of time ahead of me these days. What if… I could DOUBLE this number??? 😱

FINAL MAY REVIEW TOMORROW!

New Books

Bad habits die hard. Another month, another fail at keeping track of my new books! Well, it’s all in my calendar, and my head is not so bad, but I’m always sure to forget a couple!

Seeing them all in one post makes me want to forget all plans and read day and night! Who needs sleep?

Book of the Month Award

I have read great books (again! What can I say? I’m lucky :p) but one stands out, definitely…

degrees of guilt

This courtroom thriller is THE BOOK TO READ! I was delighted to review it during the blast, and completely exctatic when I managed to convince two seasoned bloggers I admire to read it… Best gift a blogger can receive!

And that’s it for May 2019! How was your month?

    1. I started The Chain yesterday! So far I’m thinking it’s really all it’s cracked up to be!! I chose that one for the long weeked so I could read it cover to cover in just a few sessions but now both sets of parents have invited themselves so there won’t be much reading this afternoon πŸ˜’

  1. Wowow so many exciting new books! Degrees of Guilt looks really good–I’ve never read a courtroom thriller before, but this might have to be the one! Happy (early) June! πŸ™‚

    1. May was a wonderfully bookish month! And June seems to follow its example! I can’t wait to know what you think of Degrees of Guilt! Sometimes I post reviews and then I’m afraid others will be disappointed by the book, but here, I’m sure it’s gonna be a win! xx

  3. At least your bookish May was good and you got so many new goodies! Some matched my new titles as well (The Friend Who Lied, The Closer I Get, The Passengers, Night By Night, The Marriage Betrayal…) I love the sound of Degrees Of Guilt! Here’s to a wonderful June. xx
