Remember when I gushed about Will to Live? No?? Then go back and read my review! And now, I am over the moon to present you the cover for the third book in the Kay Hunter series!!! So, curious? Let’s get to it!
Tadadada!
I’m not a huge fan of the color green but I admit it works so well here! I love the details of the old gate! And that title! I cannot wait to meet Kay again, she’s my detective crush of the year I think!
Here’s the synopsis, if the cover wasn’t enough to convince you (which I highly doubt!!!!)
One To Watch
(Detective Kay Hunter series)
by Rachel AmphlettSophie Whittaker shared a terrifying secret. Hours later, she was dead.
Detective Kay Hunter and her colleagues are shocked by the vicious murder of a teenage girl at a private party in the Kentish countryside.
A tangled web of dark secrets is exposed as twisted motives point to a history of greed and corruption within the tight-knit community.
Confronted by a growing number of suspects and her own enemies who are waging a vendetta against her, Kay makes a shocking discovery that will make her question her trust in everyone she knows.
One to Watch is a gripping murder mystery thriller, and the third in the Detective Kay Hunter series.
One To Watch is the third book in the Kay Hunter series and will be published on
June 6th 2017 by Saxon Publishing.
Are you eagerly waiting for this third book like I do? I cannot wait to know what Rachel Amphlett came up with this time!
Looks and sounds great!

Still yet to read the series but I think it sounds great. This book sounds interesting. Secrets and long list of suspects, mh..I am intrigued. I love the gate detail in the pic too and the cross/es bit. Adds some darkness to it. Thanks for sharing.

Great review, Donna! I’ve never heard of this author, I don’t particularly like the cover, but the setting and description intrigue me. I truly love the sound of this story. I hope I can get it here in Geneva. 🙂

I think the cover is a little creepy looking. It gives a feeling of anticipation looking at it. I can imagine the feelings would be even stronger if you loved the previous book. The question now is will you read book 1 or book 3 first??

At the rhythm my ARCs are going, I’ll have to dive into book three first, because I just decided to participate to the Mental Health Awareness month, which means a little extra work! Will I ever get to the first book??? xxx

Apparently it’s in May in America, and I had no idea, but I’m having trouble finding things to talk about.

What about talking about some books that have mental health themes or mentions?

This looks like a great cover Donna, and it sounds like an interesting book as well. I really like the green, I think it will go well with the cover designs for the other two books, which is an important aspect for me when it comes to covers. I like my series to match on my bookshelves! 😀
