(Late) This Week In Books / My Life (March 10th 2016)

This post won’t be long. I don’t have much energy left. (This sounds so dramatic!)

This last week has been hectic. As I am writing these lines, I don’t even know what day it is. In brief: my mom is staying with us, Hubby is working almost 24/7 and I got a new job. No depressing news, for that I am grateful. Still, I’m a bit grumpy because my reading and my blogging time has been reduced to O. Right now I am hugging all mothers/working ladies/fellow bloggers with a thousands things to do every day.

I’m saying all of this to explain why there was no This Week In Books from me yesterday. I was sad not toΒ  write about my weekly reads but I was drooling dozing off on the couch at 9pm. There wasn’t much to talk about anyway.

Lost Memory of Skin, Russel Banks is still on my nightstand
Me Before You, Jojo Moyes is next! Will I ever have a chance to read it? It must have been put off a hundred times.

Now that I’m starting to adjust to my new schedule, I’m hoping to resume reading it tomorrow. I will also try and catch up with all the posts I wanted to publish. May the force be with me!

Tonight, I am taking an hour to check and read everyone’s posts, be prepared for comments and likes!

  1. Sounds like you need a novella, nice little books you can still get read even when life gets busy with other things. I just read Buddha in the Attic which is short, but still took me all week, because I’m having one of those weeks too/ Have a great weekend!
